Open Question: What is the difference between Milk Lotion and Skin Lotion?

I got two types of lotion from a hot spring in South Korea and one is "Skin Lotion" which is green, liquid, and kind of minty smelling and the other is "Milk Lotion" which is white, creamy, and I assume to be a normal kind of creme lotion.
